Lean In’s programs offer women the leadership development and peer mentorship they need to excel and give all employees tools to improve the culture of work.
We use real-world workplace data to address the topics that are most important to advancing women, and we recommend specific research-backed actions employees can take to address bias and practice allyship.
We provide comprehensive toolkits with everything needed to run our programs, and it’s easy to customize our materials to fit your company’s particular needs. In addition, we offer regular Zoom trainings so key members of your team become comfortable running our programs.
All of our programs will always be available at no cost because we believe all companies, regardless of size or budget, should have the tools they need to advance women and create a more equal and inclusive workplace.
98% of women in company Circles say they have a stronger network at work and their company is invested in their success. 96% of managers who participate in a 100 Ways workshop feel better equipped to talk about bias with their teams. And 94% of employees who participate in Allyship at Work say they know how to take action as an ally.
“My Circle is a space where I can be proud of my accomplishments without coming across as bragging, [and] I can also talk about my kids, all at the same time. You have a unique space that doesn’t exist anywhere else . . . You can be fully you,”
