This International Women's Day,
let's build a more inclusive workplace
Three ways to #InspireInclusion and support
women in your organization
At Lean In, we’re committed to creating more inclusive workplaces and helping women achieve their ambitions. Through our free DEI company programs, we provide employees at all levels with tools to push back against bias and practice allyship, and women with the leadership skills they need to advance. Check out these one-hour introductory versions of our programs for your International Women’s Day activities.
This free digital program equips employees at all levels to identify and challenge the biases women face at work. Research shows bias training is more effective when tied to realistic situations. That’s why Lean In has created 100 cards with specific examples of bias against women in hiring, promotions, and other everyday workplace interactions, and how you can push back against them.
Thousands of organizations have used the program, and it works. 95% of participants are more committed to challenging bias, and 96% of managers feel better equipped to discuss bias with their teams. This toolkit provides everything you need to run a one- to two-hour 50 Ways to Flight Bias Workshop at your organization’s International Women’s Day event.
This DEI training program teaches employees to recognize their privilege, and introduces them to over 50 research-backed steps they can take to show up as allies. Through thought-provoking, individual explorations and small group discussions, participants reflect on their own workplace experiences to develop a shared understanding of allyship.
This one-hour workshop includes opportunities for group discussions, real-life stories, and individual explorations to help employees develop a shared understanding of allyship, and uncover how personal privilege impacts experiences. Participants will walk away energized to continue their allyship journey.
Lean In Circles provide a space where women come together in small groups across roles and levels to build leadership skills, connect, and learn how to navigate bias. With our new leadership program designed specifically for women, Circle members have the opportunity to dive into topics most important to their career advancement.
In this 60- to 90-minute session, women will experience Lean In Circles and how they can be a powerful space for learning and advancing together. The toolkit includes everything you need to run a session, along with an interactive connection activity (available in seven languages) to engage participants. This session is a perfect introduction to implementing a Circles program within your organization.
Gender inequities continue to hold women back. But positive change happens when we stand up to discrimination, learn how to be an ally, and build one another up. That’s why we’re proud to join forces with International Women’s Day to forge inclusive work cultures and #InspireInclusion.
