Lean In Circles combines a world-class leadership curriculum with the power of women coming together to learn new skills and support one another. In Circles, small peer groups meet on a regular basis for ongoing support and growth. Lean In provides all the materials needed to run a successful Circle, including a world-class leadership curriculum with videos and discussion guides on topics from finding a sponsor to becoming a transformational leader.

This free program takes the guesswork out of identifying and challenging the biases women face with specific, research-based recommendations for what to say and do. Research shows bias training is more effective when tied to realistic situations. That’s why Lean In has created over 50 “cards” with specific examples of bias in hiring, promotions, and everyday workplace interactions with practical recommendations for what to say and do in the moment.
