We’re excited for you to become a Circle Leader!
Getting your Circle up and running is easy—and we’ll be here to help you every step of the way. Plus, you’ll get a chance to flex and grow your leadership skills and join our global network of 50,000 Circles in 184 countries.
How are Circles meeting right now?
Circles typically meet once a month in a hybrid model, either in-person or online via video conference tools (e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Skype, and Facebook Messenger); sharing your location makes it easier for others in your area or time zone to find your Circle. This hybrid model allows Circles flexibility to come together regularly to support one another.
How will the category I choose affect my Circle?
Including the name of your school or company makes it easier for others in your community to find your Circle.
What makes a good name for a Circle?
The most effective Circle names include some basic information—such as your city, your industry, or the career stage of your Circle’s members. The name you choose is also a way to help potential members find you—but don’t worry you can adjust your Circle name at any time.
Why do I need to register?
Once you’re registered, you’ll have access to your Circle Dashboard and all of our meeting guides and resources. Plus, we’ll connect you with our global community of Circle Leaders for inspiration and support.
By registering as a Circle leader then Lean In.org will contact you via email to provide support and information. You can visit our privacy policy at any time to learn more.
